Automated Password Reset Tool

"I forgot my password": The I forgot my password tool is located on the Aspen logon page. The system will send a new temporary password to the email address associated with the account. If this tool does not work for any reason requests for a password reset can be sent via email, using the email address associated with the account to: [email protected].

Requesting your Family Portal account information

To request your Family Portal account Login ID and password you can email [email protected]. If possible, please use the email address the Scituate Public Schools have on file and please include your student's name(s).

Aspen Portal accounts

Family Portal accounts: All families of students in the Scituate Public School are provided an account to access the Aspen Family Portal which provides access to all the students in the one Family Portal account.

Student Portal accounts: Students in grades 5 to 12 are provided their own student account to view the Aspen Student Portal where students can track his/her own class assignments, grades, etc. Students in grades K to 4 currently need to use their family account to access his/her school homework assignments that teachers post to Aspen.

What is the Aspen and Aspen Portal?

Aspen is the Scituate Public School's Student Information System used to manage student information including attendance, grading, scheduling, special education and other data. The Aspen Portal provides students and families the ability to view student information including; attendance, homework assignments, grades, report cards and address and contact information.

Updating Contact Information

If your child's contact information needs updating in Aspen, please contact your child's school office with the new information.

Unsuccessful logon attempt count

10 Attempts: Users can attempt to logon 10 times before the account is temporarily disabled. If the account becomes you should still be able to use the "I forgot my password" tool as long as your email address in Aspen is current and you remember your security questions. Requests to reset a password or unlock a disabled account can be sent via email to: [email protected]
