SPS Loaner Program

The SPS loaner program has returned to its normal policy of only issuing loaners to students with financial needs. To qualify, a student must be enrolled in the free/reduced lunch program, and proof of enrollment must be supplied. 

To request a loaner, please email [email protected], and provide for each loaner requested:

  • Student name
  • School attended
  • Grade level

We will reply via email, providing the loaner agreement and student information release forms. When these are returned and we verify the student qualifies, a loaner Chromebook will be assigned and pickup instructions will be sent. We usually can fulfill these requests within 24 hours of receipt of the completed forms.

Loaner returns:

If you no longer need a loaner Chromebook or other device, please return it and its charger to the school to which your student is enrolled, and send a notification of the return to [email protected]. All loaners other than 1:1 should be returned at the end of the school year unless arrangements are made in advance to keep the loaner over the summer.
