NESDEC (New England School Development Council) announced the following Scituate Superintendent Finalists at the Scituate School Committee meeting on April 23, 2012:
Dr. William I. Hart, currently the Assistant Superintendent at the Pentucket Regional Schools.
and,
Mr. John McCarthy, currently the Superintendent at the Freetown-Lakeville Regional Schools.
The Scituate School Committee will be conducting public interviews over the next two weeks. Once the interviews are scheduled, the school community and public will be invited to participate in the process.
At this time, the School Committee would like you to submit any pertinent question (s) you may have to be considered as a question to the candidate during the public interview session. Please email your question (s) to Kim Peters at kpeters@scit.org.
